Every answer is dated and sourced
Responses carry a provenance block: which government file the answer came from, its URL, and the date that file was published. You can document the check, not just perform it - which is what an auditor asks for.
Claims checked, not repeated
License numbers on an NPI record are typed in by the provider and never checked by CMS. We hold the state rosters, so we resolve each claim against the issuing board's own file and tell you which ones actually hold up.

What happens if you go over?
On paid plans, nothing breaks and nothing is billed. Once you pass your included volume we keep serving requests at a reduced rate of 10 per minute instead of returning errors. There is no overage charge and no surprise invoice - the only cost of exceeding a plan is slower service until you upgrade or the month rolls over. The Free plan stops at 500 verifications and resumes when the month rolls over.
